2010 Reunion St. Augustine, Florida
Dates are set for the 2010 Reunion. They are Thursday, September 23 to Saturday, September 25, 2010 (check out Sunday, September 26)
We will be staying at the
Quality Inn Historic District

We have negotiated a great room rate of $58. (Sun-Thur)and $66. (Fri & Sat)
Current tax rate is 9%. These rates will be honored 3 days before and after our
official reunion dates. I hope that for those of you that can attend, these
extended courtesy room rates will perhaps make your visit to St. Augustine even
more memorable. We'll have heavy snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite
on 9/23, and light snacks and beverages thereafter.
If anyone wants to book right away, please call and make individual reservations
with advance deposit/credit card guarantee DIRECTLY with the hotel at 1-904-824-5554.
When doing so state "Inspection Retirees Association" group rate. Reservations must
be made by August 23. After that our rate will be iffy. I should mention that it is
a two floor level hotel, with no elevator, so if you cannot do stairs, please ask
for a ground floor room.
Continental Breakfast with hot items is included. Parking is free. Rooms have safes,
with the daily charge, although small, being waived for our group reservation. Free
buses pick up at the hotel for the paid sightseeing and trolly tours of St. Augustine.
I met with the owner of this property and he is thrilled to have such a special group
